High temperature resistant stainless steel conveyor belt for tea drying
Specifications for tea drying conveyor belts:
Width: 1000mm
Length: 16,000 mm
Chain pitch 50.8mm with double pitch on both sides
Diameter of threading rod: 10mm
Spacing between rod and rod: 304.8mm
The diameter of chain roller with large ball is larger than the height of chain, the resistance of running during conveying is small so that the power of motor will be reduced accordingly. Generally, the mesh used for drying tea is small because the volume of tea itself is small and the air permeability of belt conveyor is better. Under high temperature conditions, carbon steel can be used as well as stainless steel. High temperature resistance of carbon steel is about 300 degrees and high temperature resistance of 304 is 600 degrees. If water is present in the product being conveyed, 304 stainless steel shall be used.
